V’s Vitality All Natural Electrolyte Drink

Many people reach for sports drinks after a workout or as an alternative to water, even though they contain hidden sugars, artificial colors and flavors. Once you taste this all-natural vitality drink and learn just how easy it is to get electrolytes through natural means, you’ll never buy Gatorade or Powerade again. To your health!

V’s Vitality All Natural Electrolyte Drink

Ingredients:

8 cups filtered water

3 cups fresh squeezed orange juice (about 8-9 oranges)

1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

3-4 tbsp. raw honey or agave (or to taste)

1 tsp. sea salt or real salt (no table salt!)

Directions:

  1. Stir all ingredients together
  2. Store in large glass container in the refrigerator and enjoy!
