A great way to start your day! This green lemonade recipe will neutralize your body’s acidity with its rich alkalinity. I have made special requests for this juice at juice bars across the country and the managers love it so much that many of them added it to their menu boards!

Green Lemonade

Ingredients:

4 large kale leaves of any variety kale

4 sweet organic red apples or yellow apples of any variety

1 whole lemon, including skin

2 ribs celery

1 thumb size piece of ginger

Directions:

  1. Wash all ingredients
  2. Cut lemon in half and cut apple in quarters
  3. Juice all ingredients and enjoy!
