A favorite among my friends, family and clients, this easy-to-make, no-bake treat energizes my entire week! I get so much satisfaction in knowing that I am providing my family with a healthy and delicious option during the morning crunch!

Melody’s No-Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup natural almond butter

1/4 cup ground walnuts

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup apple sauce

1 tbs. chia seeds

2 tbs. flax seed meal

 3 tbs. mini chocolate chips

 Pinch of salt

1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Optional additions: raisins, nuts, dried fruits, quinoa

Directions:

  1. Stir all ingredients together until well combined
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge for 1 hour
  3. Create small, circular bites in desired size 
  4. Enjoy!
